Maserati filled their tent with significant and beautiful
race, street, and show cars. Being the Historic Races,
they also rolled several of them onto the race track for some hot laps.
How often do you see that at a museum?
We watched a couple races for formula cars from the 50s through 80s
near Lagua Seca's famous "Corkscrew."
Sir Jack Brabham drove his World Championship Cooper at the Historics
this year.
The paddock was full of interesting cars from Talbot, Porsche, Buggati,
Alpine, Lotus, Elva, Maserati, Ferrari, Aston Martin, Mercedes Benz,
OSCA, Shelby, Jaguar, Ford, Chevrolet, MG, Bentley, and many others.
